Today we celebrated World Ocean Day. World Ocean Day takes place on 8th June every year and celebrates our amazing oceans and why it's so important to protect. We discussed simple ways that we can help protect the environment and keep our oceans clean.
We enjoyed listening to The Mess We Made by Michelle Lord, which helped us think about the impact of pollution on marine life. To finish our activities, everyone coloured a World Ocean Day colouring page and reflected on how we can all do our part to care for our planet.
