Room 14 News

In Room 14 we have had great fun over the last few weeks!

We used fabric and fibre to create scarecrows on autumn paintings, and created rocket ships that zoomed into space using recyclable materials during space week last week.
The children were so enthusiastic learning about our planet in the solar system and how it affects our lives on Earth! 
We played many different maths games using playing cards, cubes, white boards, dice and concentrated on the number 14 recently.
We performed and recorded a song "as Gaeilge" called Páistí Óga when we were focusing on the theme of "Scoil". 
This week is "Maths Week" in school so we have lots to look forward to throughout the week!
