News from Room 14

Room 14 have had lots of fun settling into 1st class. We have been learning about the number 11 in Maths and revising everything we learned in Senior Infants. 
In Literacy we were revised our Blue tricky words. We wrote as many as we could using chalk on the yard. We also checked to see how many "sh" and "ch" words we could remember!
In PE we were using teamwork to conduct relay races. 
We had fun with our puppets and Bingo to help us learn all about "Mé Féin" in Gaeilge. 
We designed amazing school gardens after visiting our School Garden and had 2 lovely trips to our school library. 
We can't wait to share all of the fun activities we do this year!
