During Seachtain na Gaeilge this week, our class made a fantastic effort to use Irish in our conversations every day. The school was full of energy as Irish culture was celebrated and proudly displayed throughout the building. We enjoyed a busy week of activities including a lively céilí, listening to traditional Irish music, singing songs as Gaeilge, and performing the Haka Gaelach together with the whole school in the yard. We also marked Lá Glas by dressing in green and finished the celebrations with a wonderful talent show in our classroom.
